Today, in protest of the Real ID Fiasco-and believe me, this is now Fiasco Status–I canceled my Star Craft 2 Collectors Edition Pre Order.

While I’m just a lurker, if I may offer a suggestion or two . . .
Another possibility might be to file a complaint to the ESRB that Blizzard is violating their privacy rules.

I’m thinking that RealID already probably violates some state privacy laws, and as Activision makes it inescapable it will be more clearly in violation. So perhaps a class-action lawsuit and maybe even pressuring our state governments to take legal action might be worth someone’s looking into. (Mandatory IANAL warning here.)

Maybe its the social worker/liberal in me, but I think its time to organize, protest and muck-rake until Activizz cannot see their goddamn profits.
