Another possibility might be to file a complaint to the ESRB that Blizzard is violating their privacy rules. https://www.esrb.org/privacy/contact.jsp I'm thinking that RealID already probably violates some state privacy laws, and as Activision makes it inescapable it will be more clearly in violation. So perhaps a class-action lawsuit and maybe even pressuring our state governments to take legal action might be worth someone's looking into. (Mandatory IANAL warning here.)
