Wacky Wednesday?
Let me be blunt: I typically hate wacky RP. Zany hijinks and wacky adventures don’t do a thing for me. This is just what floats my boat: A lot of RPers I know and respect have Wacky Adventure Time–so while it doesn’t work for me, it works for someone else.
That being said, Bricu has had two wacky adventures: He was turned into a sheep by Pill and he was brief member of the Cult of Batta. The RP that resulted from ensuing wackiness is still part of who Bricu is…
Which leads me to ask: What do you think of wacky? Do you have any Zany Hijinks that you would like to share? Give us your opinions of Wacky RP!

Oddly, I don’t consider Pill sheeping Bricu part of her usual wacky adventures. He was sheeped to keep him from attacking them. That entire storyline was probably the most serious thing Pill was ever involved in. And it made enough of an impact on her that she is less angry and a lot more fun to play.
Besides, it’s not like she sheared him, like she often does with other people.
As for what you term as “wacky,” I do not find all that wacky. Dorri and Keltyr being stupid drunk and doing stupid things does not seem all that wacky to me. They drink heavily, they’re full of themselves and they tend not to think things all the way through. Writing up their drunk adventures gives them depth and balances them. They’re usually so intense and driven, that it is a relief valve for them to get drunk and stupid sometimes.

The Pill-sheeping interaction is as wacky as Bricu gets. So while that may not be Wacky for Pill, it was certainly wacky for Bricu. It makes sense to do to keep him from attacking, and the rest of that story was not wacky at all. That incident, however, strikes me as wacky.
As for Dorri and Kelt, that isn’t wacky at all. Working and Drinking that hard is seriously dark.
